I
only had a couple of days just before Christmas to work on the car
so not much progress this time.
I finished mounting the headlights in the front panel and painted
it black and silver, then applied the FIAT racing stripe on the radiator
grille to align with the one on the bonnet. I also cut some aluminium
plates to rivet to the back of the panel to finish it off. The two
driving lights I've fitted below the headlights are taken from a 7
Series BMW headlight unit donated by Alan Duthie, a Fiat Forum member.
The number plate will be fixed to the middle panel under the holes
I've cut for the radiator. |
