Road Rat? What's a Road Rat? Read on and find out.

Briefly, it's a kit car utilising Fiat Panda 4x4 running gear. The kit is a space frame chassis panelled with galvanised steel to create a miniature pick-up style vehicle.

I bought this as a complete vehicle at the 2004 National Kit Car Show, Newark. It was on the road but in a sorry state. It was originally built sometime in 1994, based on a 1986 Fiat Panda 4x4.

I am currently rebuilding it using a 1991 Fiat Panda 4x4 as the donor vehicle and new parts where appropriate.
